Terms of service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Stick Trend service, which automatically generates short, narrated and subtitled videos from a text description.

2. Access to the service and account

Access to the service requires creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.

3. Credits and subscriptions

The service operates on a credit and/or subscription system, with pricing and terms described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Whop). Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your billing dashboard, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Right of withdrawal

Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal for digital content, that right does not apply once you have given your express consent for performance to begin immediately and have acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal.

5. Ownership of generated content

Subject to compliance with these terms and payment of amounts due, you have a right to use the videos you generate through the service, including for commercial purposes. Stick Trend does not claim ownership of your generated content.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to create or distribute unlawful, defamatory, hateful, misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure availability and reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material change.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
